My wife took this video montage of a boy scout court of honor we held at our horse farm conference room. Although she isstill learning about when to start and stop the video - if you look at the quality of the picture it is still amazing such a little camera can do all this - and that the software allows us to put it all together and upload it to youtube with ease!

I recently bought a new flip mino hd camera as a present for a friend. When he opened it, I noticed this really cool miniature tripod that came with it - I am very jealous!  Not only does it work well for around the house or on a table in the back yard, but the flexable legs let you wrap them around unusual shaped objects anywhere you might be.  What the heck am I talking about?  Mostly tree branches, LOL.  You see, I do a lot of hiking and back packing in the mountains.  It is often a challenge to find a good place to sit a camera for that group shot.  With this cool little flip camera tripod you can just wrap the legs around a convenient tree branch and you are set to go!  And yes, it’s the same thread as all other cameras so you can use it with any camera you carry.  The best $10 you can spend for your picture taking.  That gives me another reason to upgrade from my old flip to a new mino HD, looks like my son is getting a used flip camera …. 

I love our FLIP MinoHD and wonder if I will wear it out! Here is a coll short video I took at a birthday pony party at our farm for marketing. I was able to keep the camera in my back pocket (comfortably) and shoot as we went along. The editing was dead easy - up on the website and voila!

The kids are tickled pink, the customers are happy and talking about me and I look the hero!

I made the whole thing using only the FLIP software on the camera!
